The vegetables are specially grown and harvest in under strict procedures, through the Controlled Environment Farming (CEF) models and integral environmentally-friendly methodologies.
At our high-tech consolidated processing and packaging centre (CPPC), JG Agro Farming Sdn Bhd’s vegetables are meticulously selected, graded, cleaned, packed and immediately vacuum chilled to retain its freshness and traceability.
Frozen Meats
Our imported frozen meats are carefully inspected for wholesomeness and top notch quality. Utmost care is taken to maintain the safety, hygiene and storage standards to extend the shelf life, this ensures that the frozen meat stays incredibly flavourful, tender and juicy longer for our customer to enjoy.
Frozen Seafood
Our frozen seafood are cleaned, vacuum packed and froze to -40 to -45 degree Celsius as soon as possible after the catch or when they are landed (depends on type and origin) using the latest freezing technology. The rapid process applied will ensure that the meat texture and the flavour are fully sealed in. This process minimising the absorption of water and flesh damage so when the seafood is cooked, it is absolutely fresh to taste.
